Job 22:28 You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you

INTRODUCTION
There is a language spoken in heaven.
• It is not the language of doubt.
• It is not the language of fear.
• It is the language of faith, which is bold and Holy Spirit-led declaration.

Today, the Spirit of the Living God is calling you to open your mouth, speak faith, and declare
• not what you see,
• not what you feel,
• not what the doctor said,
• but what the Word of God has already established as eternal truth.

These declarations are
• covenant utterances,
• anchored in Scripture,
• sealed by the blood of Jesus, and
• made alive by the power of the Holy Ghost.
AMEN

We have to
• Speak them daily.
• Speak them boldly.
• Speak them until the enemy trembles at the sound of your voice.

1. I AM NOT MOVED BY WHAT I SEE — I AM MOVED BY WHAT I BELIEVE!
2 Corinthians 5:7 “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

The Apostle Paul wrote these words while enduring hardship, persecution, imprisonment, and uncertainty. Yet he refused to allow his circumstances to dictate his faith.

Paul understood a powerful spiritual principle: what you see with your eyes is temporary, but what God has spoken is eternal.

I am not moved by what I see — I am moved by what I believe!

Beloved, your eyes will often lie to you.
• Sickness looks permanent.
• Debt looks impossible.
• Family problems never seem to go away.
• The closed door looks final.
• The loneliness feels endless.
• The opposition appears overwhelming.
• The disappointment feels unbearable.
• The waiting season feels too long.

But faith speaks a different language. Faith says, “I am not moved by what I see — I am moved by what I believe!”
I know whom I have believed. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and with Him all things are possible!

Abraham’s Faith
When God promised Abraham a son, every natural circumstance contradicted the promise.
• His body was old.
• Sarah’s womb was barren.
• Time had run out.
Yet Abraham chose to believe God’s Word over visible reality.
Romans 4:20-21 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.

Abraham looked beyond the facts and fixed his eyes on God’s promise. Faith simply believes that God’s power is greater than the facts.

Moses’s Faith
When Israel stood trapped between Pharaoh’s army and the Red Sea, the people saw disaster.
• No way forward.
• No way back.
• No chance of survival.
But Moses saw something different. He believed in the God of miracles.
Exodus 14:13 “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord.”
The sea did not part until they stepped forward in faith. What looked like a dead end became a highway of deliverance.

“I am not moved by what I see — I am moved by what I believe!”

Your Faith Declaration
What do you see today?
Do you see:
• A sickness?
• A financial struggle?
• A broken relationship?
• A rebellious child?
• A closed door?
• A difficult season?

Then lift your eyes and fix them upon Jesus. God has the final word.
• His promises are greater than your problems.
• His power is greater than your obstacles.

Today, stand up and declare with boldness:
“I am not moved by what I see — I am moved by what I believe!”

2. THE HOLY GHOST LIVES IN ME — THEREFORE I CANNOT BE DEFEATED!
When I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ, everything changed forever. Heaven rejoiced, my sins were forgiven, my name was written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, and the greatest miracle of all took place when the Holy Spirit came to take permanent residence in me.

Think about that!
• The very Spirit who hovered over the waters at creation…
• The Spirit who empowered Samson to tear apart a lion…
• The Spirit who came upon David and made him a giant slayer…
• The Spirit who raised Lazarus from the dead…
• The Spirit who raised Jesus Christ from the grave…
• That same Holy Spirit has now taken permanent residence in you.
1 Corinthians 3:16 “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”

I am not merely a person trying to survive life.
• I am the temple of the Holy Spirit.
• I carry the presence of God.
• I carry the power of God.
• That changes everything.

“The Holy Ghost lives in me — therefore, I cannot be defeated!”

1 John 4:4 “He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”
Notice the Scripture does not say the One in heaven is greater. It says the One in you is greater. The greater One lives inside you. Therefore declare
• I refuse to live intimidated by circumstances.
• I am not frightened by opposition, or
• I am not discouraged by setbacks.
• I am not fighting this battle alone.
• I am not running on my own strength.

“The Holy Ghost lives in me — therefore, I cannot be defeated!”

That means God, who has never lost a battle, is my Helper, my Strength, and my Victory. AMEN

Elijah Knew This Secret
One prophet stood against 450 prophets of Baal.
Natural thinking says Elijah should have lost. But Elijah was never fighting alone. When he prayed, fire fell from heaven.
1 Kings 18:38 “Then the fire of the Lord fell.”
One man with God is always the majority.

“The Holy Ghost lives in me — therefore I cannot be defeated!”

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego Knew This Secret
They were thrown into a furnace heated seven times hotter than normal. The king expected them to die. Instead, he saw four men walking in the fire.
Daniel 3:25 “Look! I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire.”
The fire could not destroy them because God was with them. The same God who walked with them in the fire now resides within you by His Spirit.

And so, “The Holy Ghost lives in me — therefore I cannot be defeated!”

Beloved, Hear This Today
The enemy may attack, but he cannot defeat you.
The storm may rage, but it cannot destroy you.
The furnace may burn, but it cannot consume you.
The giant may shout, but he cannot stop you.
The battle may be fierce, but the victory already belongs to Jesus.

Because the Holy Spirit lives in you:
• You have strength for every battle.
• You have wisdom for every decision.
• You have peace for every storm.
• You have power for every assignment.
• You have victory over every attack of the enemy.

You do not carry defeat. You carry the presence of Almighty God. The Greater One lives in you. The Spirit of God dwells in you. And because He lives in you, you will overcome every obstacle, every battle, and every challenge for the glory of God. And so with holy confidence we declare:
“The Holy Ghost lives in me — therefore I cannot be defeated!”
AMEN!

3. THE BLOOD OF JESUS HAS MADE ME UNTOUCHABLE!
On the night of the first Passover, the most powerful empire in the world stood helpless before the judgment of God. Death moved through Egypt, but there was one place it could not enter. It could not enter the homes marked by the blood.

The Israelites were not protected because they were stronger than the Egyptians, more righteous, more educated, or more deserving. They were protected because of the blood; God had said in
Exodus 12:13, “When I see the blood, I will pass over you.”

The destroyer saw the blood and could go no further. Thousands of years later, Jesus Christ, the spotless Lamb of God, shed His precious blood on Calvary. The blood of bulls and goats could only cover sin for a season, but the blood of Jesus cleanses sin forever.
1 John 1:7 “The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.”

Because of the Blood,
• Every accusation against you has been answered.
• Every charge of guilt has been cancelled.
• Every record of sin has been washed away.
• Every legal claim of the enemy has been broken.
• The devil may accuse, but the blood speaks louder.

“The Blood of Jesus has made me untouchable!”

We have been redeemed by the blood of the eternal Son of God. The blood covers our lives, our homes, our families, our children, our future, and our destiny.

Just as Rahab placed the scarlet cord in her window and was preserved when Jericho fell, everyone inside her house was saved because of that sign of redemption.
Joshua 2:18 “You shall bind this line of scarlet cord in the window.”

The walls of Jericho collapsed, but the house marked by the scarlet cord stood secure. When the storms of life rage and the powers of darkness attack, those who are covered by the blood of Jesus stand secure.

“The Blood of Jesus has made me untouchable!”

So when fear comes, declare the blood.
When temptation comes, declare the blood.
When accusations come, declare the blood.
When the enemy attacks your family, declare the blood.
When sickness knocks on your door, declare the blood.
When discouragement tries to overwhelm you, declare the blood. Stand in the finished work of Calvary and proclaim with holy boldness:
When I am protected by the Blood of Jesus, I am untouchable!
AMEN!

4. TODAY IS A DAY OF VICTORY!
Many people wake up expecting trouble. They begin the day
• rehearsing yesterday’s failures,
• worrying about today’s challenges, and
• fearing tomorrow’s uncertainties.
But believers are called to live differently and declare

“Today is a day of victory!”

We do not begin the day with fear. We begin the day with faith. We do not start by focusing on our problems. We start by focusing on our God.

The psalmist, who had faced giants, wilderness seasons, betrayal, persecution, and warfare, still declared:
Psalm 118:24 This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Every day is a gift God gives you wrapped in His mercy, covered by His grace, and filled with His purpose.
• Before you woke up this morning, God was already working.
• Before the sun rose, God had already gone before you.
• Before the enemy formed his plans, God had already prepared your victory.

So declare, “Today is a day of victory!”

Joseph
Joseph woke up one morning in a prison cell.
• The prison walls were still there.
• The chains of injustice were still there.
• The dream seemed forgotten.
Yet God was working behind the scenes. The cupbearer would remember. Pharaoh would dream. The prison door would open.

The day eventually came when Joseph stood before Pharaoh and was elevated to become ruler over Egypt.
Even in prison, God was preparing victory. Even in delay, God was arranging promotion.

So, declare, “Today is a day of victory!”

Daniel
Daniel’s enemies thought they had finally defeated him. They threw him into a den filled with hungry lions. But Daniel spent the night in God’s protection.
Daniel 6:22 My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths.

What looked like Daniel’s defeat became one of God’s greatest victories. The lions could not touch a man whose life was in God’s hands.

God always leads us in victory
• The Bible does not say that we will never face battles.
• The Bible does not say we will never experience trials.
• The Bible does not say we will never walk through valleys.
But the Bible does promise that God will lead us through them victoriously.
2 Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ.

Not sometimes, but God always leads His people in triumph.
• The battle may be real.
• The opposition may be fierce.
• The waiting season may be difficult.
But God’s outcome for His children is victory.

So declare, “Today is a day of victory!”

Start every day with faith.
Tomorrow morning, before you check your phone, before you read the news, before you think about your problems, declare God’s truth. Rise up with faith and proclaim: “Today is a day of victory!”
• God is with me.
• God is for me.
• God goes before me.
• God fights for me.
• God provides for me.
• God strengthens me.
• God leads me in triumph.

This is the day the Lord has made.
• I will rejoice.
• I will believe.
• I will trust.
• And I will walk in victory.

“Today is a day of victory!”
AMEN!

5. GOD SAID IT, I BELIEVE IT, THAT SETTLES IT!
The first battle in human history was not fought with swords or armies. It was fought over the Word of God.

In the Garden of Eden, the serpent approached Eve with a simple question:
Genesis 3:1 “Has God indeed said?”
That question was the enemy’s first weapon, and it remains his favourite weapon today.

Every trial, every temptation, and every challenge is ultimately an attack on what God has spoken.
• Did God really say He would provide?
• Did God really say He would heal?
• Did God really say He would forgive?
• Did God really say He would never leave you?
• Did God really say all things work together for good?
The enemy wants you to doubt God’s Word. But faith responds:
“God said it, I believe it, that settles it!”

Noah
God told Noah that rain was coming. The problem was that rain had never fallen on the earth before. There was no evidence or signs, yet Noah believed God.
Hebrews 11:7 “By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark.”
For over a hundred years, Noah built an ark based on one thing: God’s Word. The world laughed. But when the flood came, Noah was saved because he believed God.

“God said it, I believe it, that settles it!”

Faith does not wait for evidence. Faith acts on God’s Word.

Abraham
God promised Abraham a son. Year after year passed. His body grew older. Sarah’s womb remained barren. Everything visible contradicted the promise. Yet Abraham chose to believe God.
Romans 4:20-21 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
Abraham did not have all the answers. He simply believed the One who made the promise. And God fulfilled every word. When God speaks, obedience produces miracles.

“God said it, I believe it, that settles it!”

God’s Word Never Fails
People fail. Governments fail. Economies fail. Circumstances change. But God’s Word stands forever.
Matthew 24:35 “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.”

Isaiah 55:11″So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void.”
Every promise God has made carries His authority, His integrity, and His power.

If God said it, He will do it.
If God promised it, He will fulfil it.
If God declared it, nothing in heaven, earth, or hell can stop it.

When the doctor gives a report, remember what God said. When family situations seem impossible, remember what God said. When the enemy whispers, “Has God really said?” answer him with confidence: “God said it, I believe it, that settles it!”

• I do not need to understand everything.
• I do not need to see the evidence first.
• I do not need to know how God will do it.
• I simply choose to believe His Word.

Because “God said it, I believe it, that settles it!”
AMEN!

6. I EXPECT A MIRACLE TODAY AND I WILL TESTIFY!
Many believers wake up expecting problems.
• They expect disappointment.
• They expect delays.
• They expect bad news.
• They expect another difficult day.

But faith lives differently.
• Faith wakes up expecting God to move.
• Faith expects answers.
• Faith expects a breakthrough.
• Faith expects divine appointments.
• Faith expects miracles.
Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”

Expectancy is a confident anticipation grounded in the character and promises of God. It is believing that God is working even before you see the evidence.

The Woman with the Issue of Blood
For twelve long years she had suffered.
• Doctors could not help her.
• Money could not help her.
• People could not help her.
Yet she refused to surrender her hope. As she pressed through the crowd, she kept saying:
Matthew 9:21″If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.”

Notice her expectancy.
• She did not say, “Maybe.”
• She did not say, “I hope.”
• She did not say, “If it is His will.”
• She declared, “I shall be made well.”
When she touched Jesus, power flowed from Him and her life was instantly transformed. Her expectancy connected her to God’s miracle.

“I expect a miracle today and I will testify!”

Blind Bartimaeus Expected a Miracle
As Jesus passed through Jericho, blind Bartimaeus began to cry out:
Mark 10:47 “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”

The crowd told him to be quiet. But expectancy made him shout louder. He believed that today would be the day his life changed forever. And it was.
• Jesus stopped.
• Jesus called him.
• Jesus healed him.

Those who expect nothing often receive nothing. Those who expect God to move position themselves for a miracle.
“I expect a miracle today and I will testify!”

Peter Expected a Miracle
One afternoon Peter and John approached the temple. A lame man sat at the gate begging. Peter looked at him and declared:
Acts 3:6″In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”
Peter expected God to work. He did not offer sympathy. He offered faith. He reached down, took the man by the hand, and immediately strength entered his feet and ankles. The man who had been carried for years walked, leapt, and praised God.

Expectancy creates room for God to demonstrate His power. So, declare His goodness. Celebrate His faithfulness.

“I expect a miracle today and I will testify!”

Revelation 12:11″And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.”
• Every testimony is evidence that God is still working.
• Every testimony builds faith.
• Every testimony encourages another believer.
• Every testimony glorifies Jesus.

When you say:
• “God healed me.”
• “God provided for me.”
• “God restored my family.”
• “God answered my prayer.”
You are declaring the victory of Jesus and the defeat of darkness.

“I expect a miracle today and I will testify!”

Today may look ordinary. But
So did the day David met Goliath.
So did the day Moses stood before the Red Sea.
So did the day Peter stepped out of the boat.
So did the day Lazarus heard Jesus call his name.

The miracle often begins on what appears to be an ordinary day.
• God is still opening doors.
• God is still healing bodies.
• God is still restoring families.
• God is still saving prodigals.
• God is still making a way where there seems to be no way.

So wake up every morning with expectancy.
Refuse to live defeated.
Refuse to expect failure.
Refuse to settle for unbelief.
Lift your eyes toward heaven and boldly declare:

“I expect a miracle today, and I will testify!”
• I expect God to move.
• I expect God to answer.
• I expect God to provide.
• I expect God to heal.
• I expect God to open doors.

And when He does, I will tell the world.
Psalm 118:23 “This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes!”

“I expect a miracle today and I will testify!”
AMEN!

CONCLUSION
God is not waiting for you to be more qualified, more educated, or more spiritually mature. He is waiting for you to open your mouth and speak with authority. He has already put it inside you.

Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

Speak these declarations every morning.
Speak to them over your household.
Speak them until they become the language of your soul, and watch your faith rise like fire until every promise of God is blazing in your life.
